Class XI College Admission Circular 2020
The online admission process for class XI is starting from 9th August to 2020-2021 academic year. Admission will continue until September 15, Professor on Sunday. Ziaul Haque (Dhaka Education Board Chairman) confirmed the matter. As in previous years, candidates will be selected on the basis of SSC results. A student can apply online in a minimum of 05 and a maximum of 10 colleges. Moreover, only those who are qualified in all the eligibility criteria will be selected for admission.

Eligibility of application
Students who have passed the SSC examinations of 2018, 2019, and 2020 will be able to apply for admission. Moreover, the students of Bangladesh Open University in 2018, 2018, and 2019 will also be able to apply for admission in class XI. However, their age limit is 22 years.

2nd stage college admission application
Admitted students who have not already been selected for admission in any educational institution can apply for admission in the 2nd stage within a specified period. Those who have already paid the application fee do not have to pay any new fee and they can update their application. Such as: adding or subtracting new colleges.
Information regarding application fees
In case of online application, you can apply for a minimum of 5 (five) and a maximum of 10 (ten) colleges / equivalent institutions on the basis of preference, subject to submission of application fee of Rs. 150 / – (one hundred and fifty). Through SMS, you will be able to apply to multiple colleges / equivalent institutions on a preference basis subject to payment of an application fee of Rs. 120 / – (one hundred and twenty) for each college / equivalent institution. Online and SMS Can apply to maximum 10 (ten) colleges / equivalent institutions in both the methods. Out of the total number of students applying to the college, his position in a single college will be determined on the basis of merit, quota (if applicable) and order of preference.
Students who have passed the science branch can be admitted in any department.
Students who have passed the humanities branch will be able to get admission in the humanities department as well as the business education branch
Business education students will be admitted to the business education and humanities departments.
Admission fee policy
Admission fee including session charge Total 1000 / – (one thousand) in Mofasbal / Municipal (Upazila) area, 2,000 / – (two thousand) in Municipal (District Headquarters) area, 3000 / – (Three thousand) in other metropolitan areas except Dhaka Money will not be more.
MPO registered educational institutions located in the Dhaka metropolitan area will not be able to collect an additional amount of Rs. 5,000 / – (five thousand) for admission of students.
Development of partial MPO or non-MPO educational institutions located in the Dhaka metropolitan area and MPO. A maximum of Rs. 9,000 / – (nine thousand) through Bangla including admission fee, session charge and development fee at the time of admission of students for payment of salaries and allowances to non-teachers. And in English version maximum 10,000 / – (ten thousand) rupees can be accepted. No organization in the development sector can collect more than 3,000 / (three thousand) rupees.
Government colleges will collect the required fees as per the government circular.
In the admission of poor, meritorious, and disabled students, the concerned educational institutions will take necessary steps to waive the mentioned fee as much as possible.
College / equivalent institution change
Exemption certificate cannot be issued to any student admitted in class XI without the prior permission of the concerned education board. Nor can admission be granted on the basis of a clearance issued by an educational institution without Baird’s prior permission.
Baird’s prior permission will not be required to issue or admit a student’s exemption only due to the transfer of a working parent in a government / semi-government, autonomous organization. In such cases, clearance can be obtained from the organization by showing the transfer order of the transferred officer/employee, and the child of the concerned employee can be admitted to any suitable organization in the transferred workplace by showing the contribution letter in the new workplace. In this case, the authority of the college / equivalent institution has to submit the required documents along with the registration fee to the concerned education board within 15 (fifteen) days of the admission of such students.
| No educational institution can be SSC in any case. Or the original academic transcript of a student who has passed the equivalent examination cannot be handed over to any person or educational institution other than that student or his / her guardian or the academic transcript of any student cannot be withheld on any other pretext.
